Arrival and departure 
Our rooms and apartments are available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly request that you check out of your room before 11am on your day of departure.

• Dog (food not included) 17.50 Euros per day
• Dogs are only permitted in certain rooms, which is why we kindly request that you advise us if you will be travelling with a dog when you make your reservation. Only one domestic animal is permitted per room.   

Local tourist tax
The amount of tourist tax charged by the Schluchsee commune in 2012 is 2,50 Euros for adults and 0.80 Euro for children aged 6 – 16.   

Additional occupants 
A second adult in a single room or a third adult in a double room/apartment benefits from a 35% reduction.  
The double room rate is reduced by 35% when used for single occupancy.

Hotel bill 
We kindly request that you settle your hotel bill in cash or by EC card.

Cancellation policy

  • Up to 21 days before due arrival date: no charge
  • Up to 14 days before due arrival date: 50 Euros cancellation charge 
  • Up to 7 days before due arrival date: 50% of the price of your stay/room
  • Up to 4 days before due arrival date: 70% of the price of your stay/room 
  • 3 days before due arrival date or less: 80% of the total package price
    
    

• Spa & Relaxation Treatments 
  
  • Please note that our treatments include a recuperation period. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you cancel it 24 hours beforehand. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the treatment price.

KONUS – free travel
If you would like to enjoy the benefits of a Black Forest visitor’s card, we will be delighted to provide one at check-in. Apart from offering discounts on a range of entrance fees and participation costs throughout the Black Forest, this card also allows you to travel for free on all public transport in the Konus network (buses, DB and SBG trains in second class, with the exception of ICE, IC and EC trains. Dogs not included). Simply show your Konus visitor’s card when you travel. We would be pleased to provide further details upon request.

Spa Facilities  
The Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee has received maximum ratings and been certified as 5 star under the ‘Wellness Stars’ quality scheme run by the Health Spa Association of Baden-Württemberg (Heilbäderverband Baden-Württemberg). Due to high demand, please make a point of booking all your desired treatments in our different spa facilities when you reserve your room. Failure to do so may result in appointments being unavailable upon arrival.
