All of our meetings and conference rooms benefit from natural daylight and fitted carpets, with the exception of the Riesenbühl room, which boasts a parquet floor.   
For all meetings and conference reservations booked on our conference package, room charges for an appropriately-sized room for the number of participants are included in the delegate rate and will not be charged separately.  

The set-up costs are fixed costs which cover room set-up, energy, cleaning and the corresponding personnel costs.
